Brand new pieces such as our Ms. Pac-Man cocktails come with a FREE ONE YEAR warranty on parts and labor. This warranty is unmatched in the industry. Used pieces that have been reconditioned by our technical staff come with a FREE 30 DAY warranty on parts and labor. As is games are just that, all sales are final with no warranty. Games that are sold at auction are sold according to the terms specified in that item's description. In all cases, we cannot be held responsible for any problem or damage caused by shipping. Though we will do our best to help you in any way that we can.
Without a warranty we still take good care of you, labor is billed at a
very reasonable $25 per hour. We do our best to keep prices for replacement
parts to a minimum. Should you have the unfortunate need for a part, you will be pleased to discover that our prices are among the lowest in the
industry. ArcadeJr customers can always get parts for their games at close to
our actual cost. On some occasions, we even offer the part for free if we
have no physical cost in the part. We do not wish to profit from any trouble you
have with your equipment, we only want to make it right again.
We also have established relationships with a variety of professional technicians all over North America. Many times it is faster and cheaper to utilize their services towards a repair. Whenever possible, we will connect you with one of
these local techs for in home repair at low rates. For all repairs, returns or exchanges through us, any packing and shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are within 60 miles of one of our locations,
we may be able to offer in home service at our low $35 per hour rate, plus a service call fee. Call or email us for more information.
